I collected a swarm from the middle of the road hot and exhausted had apparently been flying up and down the road for a couple of hours 10-15% dead on the tarmac probably fried. Re hived quite quickly but then all came out again clinging to side of hive,
got them back in hive again. Making a strange harmonic noise
Its still 19c here feels very warm at 22.20
a Have they lost the queen ,-three distinct clusters in bottom of hive?
b Is it too hot for them in there, have changed from solid to open mesh floor to help and saw acouple of bees fanning
c Is it that they just dont like their new home?
What do you think guys?
