Eddie, The Nuc I had off you last year is going great guns. They are so well behaved. I don't need to wear gloves and I if need be can Iinspect without smoke. How did the honey harvest go last year, you couldn't be closer to the fields.

I’m glad to hear that the girls are doing well. I didn’t get much honey last year I think the rather damp summer saw to that along with a lot of poppy being grown in the area. I had a super full of stores in each colony in August but I left that for the bees to enjoy for Christmas - the wife thinks I’m mad!

I am a "newbie" and am very interested in acquiring my first nucleus.
I have joined BADS-BKA (BOURNEMOUTH AND DORSET SOUTH BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION) and start my beginners course soon.
Will you have any nucleus available in early May ?
I would be happy to pay you now but would not be in a position to take a nucleus until early May. - Hope all this makes sense !
