Need Suggestions For Packaging

Hi all,
I am posting this question for helping my trading business.
I have purchased a good quantity of coffee cartons and store them in a store room at my house. I yesterday visit store for checking that and many of those cartons (rigid boxes) were damaged I was shocked to see.
Now I want to hire a company and I have communicate to a company for preparing rigid boxes for me. My requirement is to design boxes similar to original products boxes. I am confused here, is it a copyright issue or not? Please guide me accordingly.

If you design a box with your own printing then go ahead, as copyright of the box will not be an issue, especially as you say that your box will only be similar.
