My First Honey

So after my first year,well about 5mths really, of bee keeping I have harvested about 10lbs of heather honey.With all the kit I've purchased it works out about £30 a jar.Was it worth it,You Bet!!

Cheap as well I got my first ten pounds this year and it probably cost about three times that!! looking forward to next year now

Just got my first little 6lbs ...never tasted anything so good....feel a bit guilty giving them sugar syrup.

Well done, I've harvested my first lot after starting this year, is so rewarding trying to resist the urge to put more beehives everywhere!
