My best bee photo to date

My son got a lovely photo of one of our bees last weekend when we were moving a hive. This was sitting on his arm as he took the photo.

Perhaps we could have a forum photography contest, or better still do our own calendar just like countryfile !!

I would not be in favour of a competition. We look after and assist bugs so why do we have to be competitive? I will never take part in a honey show although I understand why people do. Humans just like taking everything to extremes.

I just thought it was a great photo to share so no worries about the image being used for desktops etc.

Also the title of the thread is very deliberate. Just post your best photo!
