Moving super frames

They're a bit sticky - but how often do you need to remove them? Not nearly as much as brood frames (I'm on Hoffmans there). And Manleys allow a straight uncapping cut with a bread knife across the frame. Worth the hassle from my pov - but I get that not everyone likes them.
 
i've heard before that fatter super frames from wider spaces uses less wax as they just extend cells and i can see that, but find wider frames a bit of a faff sometimes, especially when you come to mix with narrower drawn frames and balancing spinner

Yes can be a nuisance so I replace the frames in the super they came from

just cut them back to size after extracting. I find this obsession with fatter frames a bit daft really, I space my frames at ten to a box which gives a decent manageable frame which is easy to handle and extract

so you do use 10 in a box.....

and yes...i usually cut them back down to size after spinning
