Moving from Nuc to full size hive

I have a colony in a 5 frame nuc thats doing well. Can someone please advise when would be the best time in the Spring to rehouse into a National BB ?

Late march/april if they are strong.And if you are giving frames of foundation feed them as well,give couple of frames at a time and use a division board until they are full size.

2 alternatives:

1) Devide normal box with extra wall (pic)

2) or make same size 5-frame nuc under old nuc and let the colony expand down wards. When 2-store nuc is full, move frames to normal box

It is Nacca poly hive (Danish) and 15 years old - I suppose.
