Moving a frame of brood and eggs

I need to move a frame with brood and eggs to another hive about 30 mins away. I guess to do it early afternoon when it is warmest and to wrap the frame in a sort,thick towel. Does this sound right.

Damp towel

Yes and maybe wrap a faintly damp(just dampened slightly - not as wet as wrung out) tea towel round it first to keep keep the humidity up.
