Missing Queen

I did an inspection today and thankfully spotted the origanl queen that was marked, so panic over for now, I have at least 1 Queen in there and maybe 2 with the emerged cell?

I guess the guys who said she was just having a break were right.

I also spotted some brood and larvea in one of the supper frames not sure how this has happened as i only took the q excluder of 3 days ago,
