Missing larva?

I was sure that when I did my inspection on Friday there was a frame of eggs, 2-3 days old at my estimation, when I looked today they weren't there but there was a frame of larva at the other side of the brood nest. Do nurse bees move eggs/larva and for what reason?

Could have put the frame in the wrong way round

Bees will move eggs, but I doubt they would move a whole side of a frame, I think Nopants has the answer.
