"which has identical sweetness and viscosity to the real thing."

No mention of enzymes, pollen, honeydew, wax, -- and all the other stuff (that I do not know the name of )

that does not get filtered out when I do my stuff to complete production of HONEY!!!!

Microscopic body parts of BEES??

A customer can buy normal honey, if he needs pollen and bee's bodyparts.

My honey does not have wax and bee body parts. I clean the surface with baking paper.

Its American so not sure of the regs there. But if imported to UK would need to be called something else I guess.

Yep, American. Still, not legal here. Here in Vermont, a dairy producing state, the name Almond "Milk" isn't allowed. Factory made honey wouldn't be allowed. Problem is, there aren't enough eyes on what's being sold as what. I'm sure if it were reported to the right people the product would be removed from the markets, or at least relabeled.
