I also made an adaptor for the top, (an extension so to speak), so that I can use is as a queen cell raising nuc, and unclip it to use as a swarm box/standard nuc .

A picture paints a thousand words so they say, so I'll take some of the set up and post .
not immediately as it is being used by a member of our branch since (Saturdays queen rearing workshop) for a starter colony , as soon as she transfers to a finishing colony , I'll retrieve it and take the pics .
