Had a ride to the bee auction at Lincoln showground. Over 600 lots up for grabs and allot of gear sold in my opinion for peanuts.
There were hives and boxes that went for less than if you bought the equivalent as kindling for your fire.
As an example There were 3 old but solid top bar hives without legs that went for £10 combined.
I did not buy anything as nothing that stood out for me.
For info there were only 2 nucs of live bees for sale where in past years there had been at least 20+
Was a good day out to see how much stuff was going for.
