Is Summer over ?

I don't thinks summer is over yet.

I've seen pollen going in on Christmas Eve, so that rather knocks that one on the head. Perhaps not a 'sea of bees' but quite few would not be an exaggeration on my part.

didn't expect to see many out what with the rain and all - but i hadn't got to the top of the garden to clean out the chickens and I could hear all the hives a hum! It was definitely a case of running the gauntlet of bees on a mission crossing the plot to dump the chicken sh!t in next doors waste ground
