Apologies if this has been fully covered before, but I have a couple of hive that need requeening due to temperament, and I’m short on time. I think i have read that new queen can be introduced immediately old one is removed. Does that literally mean insert new queen in introduction cage in same action as killing/nuc’ing old queen? Expose fondant at same time as well? Thanks.

yes, I've always killed the old queen then immediately put in the new queen in her cage, with attendants and the candy covered, leave them overnight and go back in and uncover the candy, then leave them well alone.
