The full box colony should perhaps have only the two frames being drawn at a time...then the dummy somewhere around frame ten. Weather very changeable so need the warmth to draw comb.

Did a very quick inspection just now on the nuc as it is warm and sunny at the moment, although all change in an hr or so :-(
Anyway, went in quickly to look for the queen, Lots more fresh eggs standing up so new she must be there. 2nd frame I lifted and there she was :hurray::hurray:
Squashed down the supercedure/ Emegancy cells. Well two had already gone so just squashed one.
Back to relaxing again, just a shame the weather is so rubbish for the next god knows how long :hairpull:

Hi Steve,
Check again in five days time in case they are determined, but hopefully they have given up! Not much relaxation this time of the year I am afraid. My turn next suppose.

Looks like you were right in your earler reply. Maybe the confusion has gone and there are settling down with the new queen. I say relax... mean I can stop worrying about this matter for a bit :)
