I have built an incubator for queen cells, the volume inside is about 4 cubic feet, I made it big so I could fit a 14 x 12 frame in, and also so the temperature would remain more stable.
Does it need a vent? I can’t see how a handful queens in the cell and after emerging could consume all of the available oxygen, I am reluctant to add a vent if not required, as the incubator will lose heat and maybe humidity too. If anyone know it would be good, thanks Nick.
