II Queens sometimes also Open Mate

Didn't realise that under some circumstances Instrumentally Inseminated (II) Queens will actually fly out and Open Mate! I know that there are members here that II their Queens, I assume you knew this and treat them twice with CO2 or do you add a Queen Excluder at the entrance to stop this?

I wonder if the Sellers of II Queens ensure that their Queens are less likely to open mate?

all the people I've spoken to who sell II queens know all about treating twice with CO2
