Plenty of these around right now.
I saw a bee interested but it flew away, although the flowers might have already been visited as they're about 50m from my hives.

It looks like the wild clematis, Clematis Vitalba.

Ah, yes, that would be it. The common name here is "vitarbe" and it matches the pics online.

Noxious weed.. At my place You can find such with vines in diameter as hand.. When " catch" the tree.. it is history.. Also at my place it offers nectar and pollen, bees attend it each season.
