of course we know the bloody weight is on the packet....... people are asking about the ratio is sugar to water rate, and asking if 1:2 means 1 part sugar to 2 parts water or 1 part water to 2 parts sugar...

New beeks havent done it before and are making sure they are doing it xorreclty, but as you spend more time feeding sugar than we do, then that is why you know so much about it....
