It just goes to show how honey can pull moisture in in just a short time.
On extraction the Refractometer read just over 17% moisture in the honey that is now in a sealed bucket.
The wax capping's where left in a big soup bowl on the work top after i squeezed out as much honey as i could, it was was left to settle, the wax cappings have dribbled around one table spoon of honey out into the bowl and the refractometer that said 17% two days ago is now saying 18.5% .
So it has me thinking is it worth putting half a jar of Honey in each welly after a good mooch about to dry the sweaty feet infested welly out.
