I am sorely tempted to "have a word".

Similar on my local FB group in SW Warwickshire, IIRC it's a scam.

Despite the "official" stance on RAW it seems the public like the term. sometimes it's better to stop beating a dead horse.

It's not that they like the term raw ... it's just that it describes, in public parlance, what the discerning local honey buyer is seeking. They understand what it means ... and honey labelling, generally, on supermarket shelves and amongst beekeepers is so totally messed up at present.

We've been round this a dozen times - opinions differ and the labelling regs are not enforced by most local authorities so I agree - the horse is dead ...

There’s no definition of raw regarding honey
There IS one for organic.

I recall that the judge in the case of LBWF v Odysea declined to be drawn to adjudicate on the legal definition of raw honey, but did recommend that TS sort out (collectively) a lawful framework to avoid seller and buyer confusion. I wonder how far TS has progressed?
