I like cut comb honey from the fridge as the wax is cold and crunchy.

Tried it tonight - was much better, did have a bit of a crunch, much less chewy, thanks for tip not worthy

Very well done you are so lucky. Honey and a roast dinner - could life get any better..

Not to sound smug or anything but when I got home today she had sterilised all my honey jars in the oven whilst using the heat to warm the honey ready for jarring! Lol!

Thanks for all the comments and it does taste amazing!
Bring on some nicer weather for all of us have some honey and maybe I can remove 2 of the 3 supers off the other hive!
