I have some supers filled with capped honey from last year on a hive I bought a few weeks ago. The colony is very strong and healthy. Is it safe to extract this honey for sale - otherwise I'll just feed it back to the bees for the winter, but they probably wont need it?

No problem as far as I can see as long as they are not full of syrup!

The honey may be tainted by varroa treatments - taste it yourself.
If you die, don't sell it.:sunning:
