I have some fond memories of Perth, I stayed there back in 1997 with a relative just an hour away in Dianello. He kept bees in the garage of a property he owned in Perth. I also remember visiting a meadery on a trip down to Albany.

My pal looked after the bees on Rotness Island. Lovely chap, lovely place. We stayed in Challenger Harbour. Class!

Saw the Quokkas there in 2003. Funny litlle buzzers. Would love to go back again but too old now HWMBO says. Bloody sauce but we all know how it is if we ever want lunch. Spent 3 holidays there in Oz, all 3 months long and went all over, just hired a car and went. Saw more that most Ozzies they said. Wish I'd taken the £10 pom ticket back in the sixties. Great people and real fun.
