Hello from Galway

Just a quick hello, Mark from Galway in the west of Ireland, or should I be saying in the wet of Ireland , I have 5 hives on the go, not been at it too long but all is going well.

Just out of interest, what kind of Hive do you use, I'm asking because you would have more wetter, colder and windier weather than the rest of us in Ireland, and I'm wondering if you have taken any additional steps to combat the weather?

Spent some wonderful times around Galway - Ouchterard mostly and Balinrobe twice when we got there you had a drought!! so not that wet

Whenever a summer day is ruined by wind rain and fog down here, I always remind myself it could be worse weather, I could be in Galway!
