Haven't got stung this year

a sting to the hand makes mine swell up like an inflated rubber glove. Quite comical actually! But stings to the head and face are not good I have found. Learning point: it's worth not trying to share your bee suit with the bees. They may be altruistic but not across species boundaries!

My hands and wrists appear to have an attraction to bees. I've used different soaps, Olbas oil etc and still bees from our Association apiary make a beeline for my wrists (no gloves).
(I have learned from experience to be extra vigilant in personal protection there, ensuring veil is closed etc.).
They specifically target me.
My bees at home do not.

Annual tally in the 50s over 4 years.
