Girls happily cleaning up crushed comb from a couple of frames. Only one wasp gate-crasher (not many around this year.)

They're leaving the wax lovely and clean. Going to make a great candle or two.

Nice dark bees. i use to do that many years ago. Now i just soak it in water overnight and then pour it through a fine mesh . saves alot of messsing also less chance of transfer of diease and getting the bees excited and start robbing
