Fungicides and Bees

Can anyone recommend a fungicide that is safe to use with bees around? I have 2 hives at the top of the garden and in the lower half (about 300 feet away) I have about 30 rose bushes scattered around suffering from near-terminal Black Spot because I haven't been spraying them since I've had bees.

Its a bit late to spray they will be loosing all the leave soon , what I suggets collect up all the leaves and burn late November they apply a thick mulch a good two three inches deep horse muck if you can well rotted some roses are more prone to getting it the wet weather we have had this year has caused more of the problem across the UK .
Best to use no chemicals.
