First Anniversary

Hi All,

On this day a year ago, I collected my first two over wintered nucs. So today is a red letter day having managed to get them this far. I had tried and failed twenty years ago to overwinter a hive, so I now seem to be doing something’s right.

With every sting I have learned a new lesson, and of course supplemented it with the wisdom of this forum, thanks to everyone for their advice and for sharing their knowledge.

It is a really good feeling .
I felt the same way when my first hive came through winter it's up there with watching children being born.
