fennell

At 1 of my apiary sites the owner has planted fennell i know this is of value to bees but has anyone got honey from this source?

Foeniculum vulgare is the common species grown here, also known as Florence fennel. The bees love it, although it is usually a late yellow flower, around end of Aug/ beginning Sept.
