After clearing the supers should I start Varroa treatment now or should I start feeding for Winter stores.
 
Depends what you’re treating with. With Apiguard the bees have to move the stuff about rather than concentrating on taking syrup.
Depends on what they have already
Food is more important than treating if they are low.
 
Food would be more important than a treatment how ever stick a rapid feeder on and in a couple of days they could take litres, enough to last any treatment period. Remember in your area you could easily expect bees to take feed well into November if needed.
