How quickly has it come up?
If it is flat....ie you can't see it as a bump if you look at the eye from the side it's probably OK
We see a lot of pigment spots in dog's eyes
Get your vet to have a look to reassure yourself

Thank you Dani...it seems flat but it has appeared over the past two weeks..it has me worried to bits and she is now booked into the vets tomorrow as I don't like how quick it has grown..

Iris pigment spots are quite common. Melanomas are very rare
Malignant growths in the eye affect the anatomy of the rest of the eye usually and her eye looks normal. Of course I can’t look inside it.
If she can dilate that pupil as well as the other one it’s nothing to worry about
I’m sure your vet will put your mind at rest.

Thank you again that is reassuring..i will let you know the outcome from the examination tomorrow..i don't know if i mentioned it but she is only 5mth's old.

Had her to the vets today..she said it is nothing to worry about but I need to email them a picture every week to monitor it's change if any..the pictures will be sent to a ophthalmologist for there vewing..like you mentioned the pupil dialated good like the other eye and she looked in the eye with a light..worry over for now thank god.
