Take a hybrid of the two jigs in the previous posts and you get a rough idea of the boards we use. Its really very very easy to do.

The drilling rig for making the holes is not at all like the abelo one however.
 
I like that ...

I wire 4 frames in that time with bare hands. For example how he cut the wire. He had a cutter in his hands but he bended the wire broken.

Not good example. A guy loves apparatuses.


A frame is mostly loosen after boiling in lye. When you set up the frame in right angle with the help of foundation, then embed the wires into wax with electrict, the frame will be totally rigid.
