I saw the post but as I only have a 20 frame Lyson and no experience of a Konigin, I didn't reply.
But why would you want a 20 frame extractor - with only one hive?

I have a Konigin 20 frame. I am very happy with it. Solid bit of kit. Never even seen a Lyson in person.
One difference I know of, the Konigin has its motor underneath so the base is conical (point up) to stop honey leaking down the axel. This means it has a limit of around 10 kilos of honey inside the extractor then you must start emptying into a bucket. As the Lyson has its motor on top I presume this restriction does not apply, though I have no idea how much honey it holds before the base of the extractor cage ends up in the honey.

As JBM says, with one hive you don't need a 20 frame extractor, even with my 8-10 colonies it is a bit on the overkill side. Lets say you do have 10 hives soon, I expect for that amount of extracting whatever the differences are between the two they won't be significant enough to make a difference to you either way.

Is this really an issue? A quick look at other twenty frame extractors suggests that none of them can hold twenty full frames worth of honey (which I'm assuming to be around 60lb or 27kg), so you need to start emptying it at some point during each extraction run anyhow?

Actually, I can understand the temptation to go for a twenty frame extractor. When you look at the price of a nine frame model and see that some of the twelve or even twenty frame models aren't actually that much more, if you have the space there must be quite a temptation just to stump up the extra for the larger machine.

I have the 20 frame Konigin, it’s a great piece of kit. I went for a 20 frame extractor because I use Manley frames (10 per super) so every spin extracts 2 supers worth. I have no experience of the Lyson but am happy with the Konigin.

I can't comment on konigan, but a quick search will bring up plenty of content from the recent past about this make of equipment.
It will probably be worth speaking with Ian @ Old Castle, I've no affiliation but would be my first choice.
Lyson, we have a lot of their kit and the premium is worth paying the bit extra for and the back up from Abelo is second to none.
I've a twenty frame Fritz that just about managed to see us get to 250 colonies before we upgraded.

Manleys have been mentioned - if you are using them just make sure your 20 frames extractor will actually take 20 manleys. Not all will.

I manage approx 100 hive on a 12 frame Konigin. I’m very happy with it.

Most of the replies, and my thought on the matter consider your overall workflow.
Consider:
The short term. How long does it take to extract, and is this a problem?
The longer term:
How big are you going to get?
Do you have space to store it for 50 or so weeks in the year? , as opposed to a smaller diameter extractor.
In my circumstances, I use an electric 9 frame extractor without issue for 1000lb of honey each year.
I can only uncap as fast as my extractor extracts, so my workflow activities are balanced.
Finally, how much harvest do you expect? Ive seen beekeepers with 50 hives producing very little, and a bloke with a dozen hives who considered 100lb per hive a poor harvest!

Another valid point, Frazer: future-proofing equipment is a good use of cash, and Brodie's 20-frame may be a canny choice, esp. given James' pricing info.

I have a lyson 20 frame, nothing wrong with it but its not been used for several seasons now, its just kept as back up. It was superceded by a konigin 8 frame swing cage extractor, which takes 16 super frames, and is a brilliant bit of kit in my opinion, it spins out over a thousand supers a season for me.
