Early Dearth?

Hawthorn just starting. Distinct heavy aroma from hives.
More supers today after Bee Inspector.

Hawthorn opened up about 10 days ago here and I've hardly seen a bee on it, it's just been too bloody dry( never thought I'd be complaining about that)

We have not had much rain recently. A lot last summer:-(

But heavy soil and water runoff from valley tops/natural springs/old mine workings..

Very heavy flow on here at the moment, Hawthorn I think, I have three very strong double brood hives currently filling the fourth super, first two vrey heavy and half capped but not passing shake test, next tow with varying amounts of nectar in all frames.
