Yes, can do all at once.
Put new hive in old site with some new frames. Take bees and old frames a distance away. Remove decent frames, and shake all those bees onto the ground. Put those reclaimed frames into new hive. Then proceed to remove a frame at a time and shake all bees onto the ground. When all bees dumped remove that hive to a safe distance.
The bees should all make their way to the old site/new frames. In 6 hours, when hive settled I would personally introduce a new queen , in a cage.
Beginners please note.. there is a 'closed' end on the queen cage. This needs to be pushed up when introducing queen.. have heard of a trapped bee as this overlooked.
If you have done proper shook, then no brood, but if you have safely brushed EVERY bee from the frame with brood - fine then introduce her amongst those. Doesn't really matter.
You may be au fait with above method, but incorporated some extra info for any beginners. All IMO.:spy:
