Deep Roof

Thinking of getting national deep roofs (Mmore 8") would these act as an outer cover as on WBC when placed over the BB?
Thereby making my national double skined or is there a major flaw in my thoughts?

Aware it would not be a sealed skin, gap at bottom.

It depends how your 8 inch roof is biult. It can either hang down lower, or give room for a feeder. Not sure it is worth the money for the difference it will make. Get some think polystyrene or some kingspan and get it in or failing that, on your roof. Cheap.
