Dating A £hornes Universal Heavy Duty Electric Radial Extractor

I have a Universal Heavy Duty Electric Radial Extractor that I purchased secondhand. I was wondering is there anyway of dating it.

It has a grey motor similar to the current cream model with the same control handle at the end.

Reason I ask is it was at least secondhand to the guy I got it from, just curious to see actual how old it is.
