I have made a long deep along dartington lines. so will be interesting to see how you get along with it as you will be ahead of me, Mine will have a package around the end of may
 
Well depending on what I find when I do the first inspection....if the colony is still big...I will move it as soon as I can. If there seems to be plenty of room....I will do a comb change and then move them after they have had a good start on making brood. I do feel relieved at making a decision....silly but I really want to keep these bees and not lose them to a swarm. I will post on the progress...it is always helpful to read about the experiences but until I do it myself...the info doesn't really stick! One of the 'getting older' symptoms I guess!
