so as a family we have a national super frame of cut comb for porridge and toast

it lives on a plate but I'd like a cover for it to protect from dust and when spring comes flies ... anyone got any good suggestions of what to do ?

Its nice to display it but appreciate I am probably cutting sections and using a butter dish instead !

A few sheets of glass or perspex cut the right size to cover a frame hung on two side posts. You can glue glass and perspex easily these days.

Something like this? Though I appreciate it’s the wrong shape.
But to tell the truth I might be tempted to have something hand crafted.
Now you’ve given me an idea......

Google " cake covers plastic" . The plastic covers come in round and square, some are clear and some translucent. Glass ones seem to only come in round

I like Enrico's idea of making something out of perspex. Would be quiet easy to make a honeycomb display stand with a sliding door.
Or if they're cheap enough - get a display box and modify it :D
