Plastic food takeaway containers!

They are clear so you can see if the bees are using it and how much is left!

Wash out thoroughly after consuming the food.

The type my local Indian supply hold roughly 625g at least I think I filled 20 of them from the 12.5kg block I cut up the other day.
Cut fondant and insert it into the container, wrap twice with clingfilm and put the lid on.
When you need to use it, just remove the lid and slash a few slits in the clingfilm with the end of the hive tool and invert over the feed hole.

I use insulation on all my hives and it has a cut out over the centre feed hole just bigger than the container.

Any unused containers keep for years in a cool dark place (garage).

I love how everyone says Bako at under £10

Trying to but fondant in bulk.
What should I look out for?
Is ready to roll fondant or sugar paste okay?
There is often a choice between ivory and white, what do I choose?
Thanks

Friars Pride Peterborough £12.95 for 12.5kg block (ready to roll white) not that far for you
