hmm satire.

It could have happened to any oil company - Exxon, Gasprom, Total, but it happened to BP. No one was prepared for it - lets face it we're trying to stop the earth from emotying an oil reservoir because of the forces of gravity, 1 mile down. Instead of pointing fingers and demanding compensation, the US should themselves be taking more ownership and help to deal with the situation - the reaction of the US government stinks.

No it won't bring back the 11 souls who died either, but I think BP are doing as best a job they can in the circumstances.

And it won't stop anyone using oil !!

Yes Satire, but not at BP I would say Americans. After all technicaly it was not BP...but do not read to much into it its just a bit of fun.
