Howdy I use hessian coffee sacks for my smoker which is a great fuel but a right pain to cut to size.i've tried scissors,jigsaw,hand saw but it's hard going,any suggestions?

I wish I knew! I’ve tried several ways but in the end found sharp scissors the best, but it is hard work.
 
Shearwell for trimming knife works for me, awesome blades but suppose they have to be for the correct intended.
 
I haven't tried sacking as not got any free ones , I have several rolls of old plastering hessian scrim tape which makes for a nice starter to get going.
