Understanding terminology people use esp old fashioned talk and expressions
Get enough kit as you always find you need everything NOW!
make sure the bees have enough Space has been the biggest leasion
Good quality suit

Everything you can learn just invest the time to do so, this isn't a hobby you can 'wing' If you want it to be a success but it's very rewarding
