Hi Cutnrun, I just couldn't resist as you had obviously asked the original question a bit tongue-in-cheek.
Major tip for when you get your bees. Always as you go into spring, have a spare box to split your colony and prevent a swarm or clipped queen getting lost. It's no good being "under-construction" (tell me about it) or in the post when you really need it. The bees will have a tendency not to wait for you. Can I consider my cheeky welcome redeemed now?
