3 National Hives & 1 Observation Hive.(Indoors) & lots of empty boxes..
This morning... temperature approx 8 degrees, bees decide they want to go shopping........... short time later lots and lots of other bees decide they want to go for flyabout on what looked like orientation flights......... so lots of bees flying about in front of hive and bees coming back with the shopping and cant get thro the traffic jam and/or find somewhere to park....... crash landing onto wet grass and getting even colder than they must already have been....well....I didnt stay out there for too long without a coat....
I put a piece of cardboard down for them and later when the sun got there most of them got up and went...

Observation hive didnt wake up until 10 o'clock, and have been busy ever since.
If they cant get onto the landing board they either land elsewhere on the window sill or just land on another bee....

I did see an emerging bee in the obs hive and also note that they only have about half the stores that they had about a week ago...........

Outside hive has used over half a litre of water in less than 6 hours....

.
Did you told that you wait better results?
Only straight flying, not curving!

It is better to make a traffic guide
