After all they once spent a whole day debating the best way to cook lobsters so as not to cause them undue stress

Who did? the bees? they are some clever bees

I was going to ask that question too.

Great job, nice to see them.

Might like to fix the time and date in the top left of the picture though.

:)

I think the bees gave up debating in the end. Mine usually just drag the lobsters onto the landing board and have an open air feast :)

OK, I can see my original post was confusing to some but I think most got the drift ;)

thanks for the positives!
Jim has now put a link to Java for Mac, if that helps the apple affiicionados and we're struggling with getting the date and time to stay set when its told to!
If anyone happens to spot the Q and can work out whether she's mated, please let me know - it'll save me opening them too early! :)
Blimey - this could be the ultimate in hands off beekeeping!

true, but with the added edge of interactivity....... you spot the queen or something else going on, put forward suggestions (or directions, depending on experience?) and see what happens :)

Well done onriver, your website looks good and responds quickly. I'm interested in setting up something similar. Could you list the kit you used and the software too?
