Having watched a few Texas Beeworks videos on youtube I'm wondering why we bother with bee suits, veils and gloves.

Just sorting the suit for return and the missing zip teeth were in the packaging. Needless to say I'm asking for a refund

Having watched a few Texas Beeworks videos on youtube I'm wondering why we bother with bee suits, veils and gloves.

I bet it’s sunny in the video! My favourite attire when I know what I’m dealing with is shorts tee shirt and a simple fencing veil. However the cost of some sticky propolis on some nice shorts or shirts means a suit is worth spending the money on. Top that with cold weather queenless bees and the fact there female means I need a suit.
