Bee Ok Varroa Test Kit

Is it legal to market a product if You dont disclose what it contains on the label ? bearing in mind it is intended to be harmfull to varroa at the very least and who knows what else, is it labled as a test kit and not a treatment because it may be a legal loophole, there are probably lots good of beekeeping products that I am not aware of, but the add fot this product just didn't seem right which is why I brought it to the attention of the forum readers, and all the coments from You experienced beekeepers have confirmed my thoughts,

As a matter of interest, anybody know the effect of inorganic acids (fumes or contact) on bees and varroa?
